In a video from her YouTube channel discussing her workout, Yara reveals that she wear an activity tracker, an Apple Watch, to stay in shape. It helps her achieve her goals and stay motivated. "I was like, 'I have to close the circle,'" she explains. 

In the same video, Zara explains that she maintains a healthy diet, even while she was pregnant. "I was trying to not eat for two," she explained. "I was trying to eat just for one." In another post, her husband, Jovi, told a fan that Yara had put them on a "chicken and fish diet." 

In the same video, she reveals that running is one of her go-to workouts, and she does it daily. "I run minimum three miles, maximum five miles per day," she says. "For many runners, a warm-up may consist of only a few stretches or some slow jogging before starting to move at a steady running pace. While this is better than nothing, it does not adequately prepare muscles for the forces experienced during a run. In another 30-minute workout video posted to YouTube, Yara revealed her moves. In it, she joked that some of her followers believe that her fit body is solely the product of good genetics. "Yeah, burpees and salads are such good genetics," she says. Then, she executes 45-second burpees, making it look easy. 

Yara is a big fan of drinking her nutrients. In one of her Instagram stories she shares her go-to green smoothie recipe. She tosses pineapple, spinach, cucumber, parsley, and a milk in her Ninja. 

Yara starts every morning with a glass of water with lemon. Then, she eats a healthy breakfast of low-calorie bread, eggs, avocado, cream cheese, and smoked salmon. She also drinks a cup of coffee. Another breakfast she loves is waffles made with protein powder, coconut milk, and coconut oil spray.
